Breathing new life into dated but still viable commercial real estate often produces very favorable economics for the property  owner.  Having a thorough understanding of design/cost decisions, tenant impacts and scheduling limitations  are critical to the success of the project.  CS Realty Advisors, Inc. has a wealth of experience with these types of projects.  Working within the constraints of the owner's budget, we have delivered  dozens of revitalized properties throughout the southeast.  These projects have required us to manage multiple design disciplines including Architectural, Structural, MEP, Site Civil and Interior Design. Often they can present challenging Entitlement efforts.  

Because of the age of many of these properties, Environmental issues often present themselves. Again, CS Realty Advisors, Inc. has, with its teams of Environmental Consultants and Remediation Contractors, managed these situation in the most cost effective and environmentally responsible manner possible.  

TENANT COORDINATION

Once the lease has been successfully negotiated, getting the tenant in and open and keeping them happy in the process is an area CS Realty Advisors can definitely be a "go-to" resource for you!  

-Confirming the premises meets the Work Letter requirements   -Tenant plan and sign reviews

-Assisting the tenant through the local permitting 

-Monitoring their construction progress
