Who We Are

In 2014,  Ron Mariano founded CS Realty Advisors, Inc.  In his previous position as Vice President of Asset Development for Ram Realty Services (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), Ron was given the opportunity to broaden his already considerable experience as a Developer and Construction Manager by leading the Redevelopment efforts of the company's first three Private Equity Funds.  These three funds were primarily focused on retail properties located throughout the Southeast with a concentration in Florida. In total, some 118 properties representing an investment of $425,000,000 (par value) were acquired, redeveloped or renovated and sold.  

Something we take great pride in is the fact that our very first client was Ram Realty Services. Since those early days,  our client list has grown to include Federal Realty Investment Trust, Lennar Commercial, CBRE and Metropica to name a few.  

Given that Ron's expertise is Development and Construction, not in administration, based on the growing administrative demands on the company, in 2015, Joyce Mariano joined the company as our Vice President.  Prior to joining CS Realty Advisors, Joyce served as an Executive Assistant to Managing Partners and COO's.  This background led her to her position as Director of Human Resources for Ram Realty Services.  

Her responsibilities here at CS Realty Advisors covers not just the day to day operations of the business, but also client specific assignments from lease administration support to tenant Delivery of Possession and project close-out documentation.
